Eat More Kale! isn’t a bumper sticker you see on many cars but Terry Walters’ does. If the author of CLEAN FOOD and CLEAN START had her way we’d all be eating more kale. She’s a best selling cookbook author, speaker and teaches cooking classes in her home. I met Terry a year ago when she called me out of the blue (thank you google, good SEO & Andrew Brown of  MacKenzie Brown Design) to see if I would be interested in working with her on a magazine shoot. That shoot turned into me shooting her next cookbook cover (revised edition of CLEAN FOOD out in OCT 12) and becoming friends. It’s wonderful when that happens. Last week I went to a class along with 8 other women interested in healthy eating. They watched, asked questions, rolled some Nori rolls and ate! I learned a lot. Thanks ladies for letting me crash and shoot some pictures!
