Iced coffee is one of my favorite summer drinks. Like hot coffee, for me it’s part ritual, part taste. I start with coffee ice cubes (so it doesn’t dilute) in a tall chunky glass. Putting a long handled metal spoon in the glass prevents the glass from cracking when you pour the hot coffee in. Stir quickly after adding the coffee. Pour in the cream and watch it swirl around. Add sweetener….I like agave nectar because it dissolves fast. Enjoy outside. Repeat daily until Fall.
